Open to boys from the ages of 6-16 (**Portions of the camp will be co-ed**)

Revolution Soccer Camps is proud to announce we will be hosting camp EC Lawrence Park in Chantilly, VA this summer for boys between the ages of 6-16. Campers will learn individual technical skills, positional play, team concepts, and will scrimmage daily. We also hold many fun contests during the week for great prizes. Join us for an unforgettable week of soccer and fun on the beautiful soccer fields at EC Lawrence Park

Camp Director

Janice Johnson
Janice JohnsonAssistant Soccer Coach, Catholic University

Johnson begins her third season as an assistant coach at Catholic in 2020.

A 2016 graduate of Division II West Liberty University, Johnson played three years for the Hilltoppers from 2013-15 where she captained the new program and started all 52 of the team’s games. She finished her career with 15 points, totaling five goals and five assists, and was a three-time All-WVIAC selection. She also earned CCA all-region honors as a senior.

Johnson began her collegiate career at Division I George Mason University where she appeared in all 19 of the team’s games while making six starts as a freshman in 2010 as the Patriots advanced to the CAA tournament.

A dual citizen of both the United States and Trinidad, Johnson attended training camp with the Trinidad & Tobago women’s national team for three years following her graduation from West Liberty. In December 2015, she made her first international appearance against the United States.

Johnson has been active coaching girls youth soccer in the Northern Virginia area, first with Prince William Soccer Incorporated from 2016-18 and currently with the Chantilly Youth Association.

Originally from Greenbelt, Md., Johnson currently lives in Woodbridge, Va.

Each camper will;

  • receive a Revolution Soccer Camp Reversible
  • develop their technical skills and tactical knowledge
  • participate in camp games with a chance to win prizes
  • compete amongst their peers in small sided games and camp scrimmages
  • be given the opportunity to work with college coaches and players all week long!
  • most importantly, HAVE FUN

Daily Schedule
8:45 – Commuters Arrive
9:00 – Daily Theme Workshop
9:30 – 10:30 Technical Skills & Position Training
10:30am – 12:00pm – Small sided games
12:00pm- Lunch (Half day campers depart)
1:00pm-2:00pm – Tactical Skills Training & Field Awareness
2:00pm-3:00pm – Full Field Games & Man up/Man Down
3:00pm – Campers Depart from Field

Below is a suggested list of items to bring to camp. We suggest that campers do not bring expensive personal items such as cell phones or IPods. Campers are allowed to bring cell phones to camp to contact their guardians but they should not be on the field during training sessions. Please label every article you bring to camp. All items will be the responsibility of the camper. Revolution Soccer and its camp staff are not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten items.

Check In: Campers will check in at the field between 8:30 – 8:45

Check out: Half Day campers will be picked up at 12pm and full day campers will be picked up at 3pm. All camp dismissals will take place at the field.
